Testing architecture with automation frameworks built from scratch, CI/CD integration, Testing as Code on AWS and quality monitoring.
PROBLEM
A national-scale retailer with no automation framework of its own: every test environment was stood up by hand, performance bottlenecks surfaced in production, and no quality metric was solid enough to support a decision.
APPROACH
Design and implementation of an end-to-end testing architecture with automation frameworks built from scratch (Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework) embedded into CI/CD pipelines. Performance testing architecture with JMeter, Locust and K6 to surface critical bottlenecks. Testing infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible for reproducible AWS environments. Quality monitoring ecosystems with metric dashboards and alerting. Leadership of QA transformation with Python and Bash tooling. End-to-end testing with Apache JMeter and IBM Rational Performance Tester. Source control with Git under agile methodologies and Continuous Testing.
RESULT
45 % less execution time at 85 % coverage
60 % better performance, 70 % less setup, 40 % faster detection and 30 % SLA improvement.
